MSW, LSW | Registered Yoga Teacher | Reiki Certified
I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different—it’s about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been lost, wounded, or overlooked along the way. My goal is to help you live in alignment with your truth by providing the support, insight, and practical tools needed to navigate life’s challenges and remove the barriers standing between you and the life you want to live.
I work with adolescents, adults, and women who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress. Whether you’re processing painful experiences from the past or feeling overwhelmed by the present, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.
My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and genuine. I believe some of the most meaningful healing happens when clients feel they can show up authentically without fear of judgment. I bring patience, curiosity, humor, and heartfelt connection into our work together, meeting you where you are while encouraging growth at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that hearing someone’s story—and sitting with them through even the darkest moments—is a privilege. Together, we can begin writing the next chapter of your story from a place of greater awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and body-based awareness. For clients who enjoy creative expression, I also welcome the use of journaling and poetry as meaningful tools for healing and self-discovery.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working as a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and Reiki practitioner. Those experiences profoundly shaped my understanding of the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. I recognize that our experiences are carried not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies and nervous systems, and I believe each part of us deserves to be heard and cared for.
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll likely find me searching for a great cup of coffee and the perfect chocolate chip cookie. I value authenticity, mindfulness, and finding moments of joy—even in difficult seasons of life. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, discover your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, empowered, and authentic.
