Perinatal Mood Disorders
Motherhood is a beautiful and rewarding experience. It can also be messy, confusing, and overwhelming. You’re faced with exhaustion, a new schedule, changes to your relationships, and taking on the responsibility of caring for your new baby all at the same time. At some point you realize, this isn’t quite what you expected! No two journeys are the same, and no journey is perfect, and it is possible to embrace your journey with love and self-worth. We will support you through this challenging time and help you to discover the strength inside of you.
