Beth focuses on helping each individual to restore peace, balance, and calm by accessing the strengths, resources, and creativity that already exist within them. As a trained Art Therapist, Beth believes that art and accessing one’s creativity can be restorative when stress, anxiety, depression, or life experiences are weighing them down. Utilizing a person-centered, holistic, and down to earth approach, Beth helps clients to focus on quieting their inner critic and feeling more centered as they navigate through their journey.
Beth has received specialized training in perinatal mental health, trauma, couples work, autism supports, and holistic considerations for behavioral health. She is an Art Therapist with over 13 years of experiences in the mental health field. She completed her undergraduate studies at Washington and Jefferson College, and she completed her graduate work at Seton Hill University in Greensburg where she earned her master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling.
Beth enjoys working with clients of all ages. She sees adults, postpartum mothers, couples, and children and adolescents. Whether you are seeking specific strategies to help you manage day to day stress, want to process challenging life experiences that are impacting your relationships, or want to explore new ways to communicate and connect with your partner, Beth looks forward to supporting you and working with you. The only real requirement is to come as you are.
